Organometallic heterocyclic compounds are used as intermediates in many important reactions. In his lecture, Professor XI introduced his group’s work in organometallic heterocyclic compounds. They have studied the reaction mechanism via synthesizing and separating five-membered metallacycles and four-membered metallacyclic active intermediates. In addition, they have developed several new synthetic methods and new organometallic compounds and cyclic organic compounds through the study.
