Academic seminar of structure and properties of borate solution and round robin of hydrogen" was held in ISL

July 23rd, academic seminar of Chinese academy of sciences for key topics in innovation engineering project "structure and properties of borate solution and round robin of hydrogen" was held in ISL.

This project is responsible by group, which was divided into three branches: 1. the structure of boric acid salt solution; 2 nature of aqueous solution chemical system; 3 production technology research on sodium borohydride cleaning.

Researcher Fang Chunhui gave a report named” structure of salt lake aqueous solution and new energy ", this paper introduces the frame of the whole project ideas, setting and operation of the subject, reported the progress of the structure and properties of water boric acid solution, especially emphasized the latest results of the structure of the aqueous solution with the advanced synchrotron radiation light source technology.

The leaders and experts discussed widely among the possible salt lake aqueous solution and its structure, the content included not only scientific topics ,idea and evaluation standard of macroscopic problem, but the solution properties ,experimental method, calculation and the results in more detail.

The expert thinks, carrying out aqueous solution chemical system structure and properties is very meaningful to realizing the direct sodium borohydride fuel in the battery recycling, which is expected a gradually turning scientific ideal into industrial reality.

The meeting lasted more than two hours, each expert and a thorough exchange of views on the subject to the project in the research idea, this seminar has an important guiding significance on completing the project.
